I am married and have two wonderful children. I recently welcomed the arrival of my first grandchild.
Birth is a key experience that a woman will remember and reflect back on throughout her life. I am passionate about helping women preserve that memory. My role as a doula is to assist you and your partner in achieving the birth you want and to support your goals and wishes. I will help you feel informed, respected, supported and nurtured throughout your labor and delivery. I will aid in gathering the information you and your partner need to make informed decisions. I will provide emotional support and physical comfort measures during labor. I will help you foster self-determination and confidence in yourself, and I will assist you in capturing the miracle and the empowerment of the birthing process.
