As a birth doula since 2003, Jen believes that every birth is unique and that every woman can benefit from the supportive presence of a doula as part of your birth team.  She is committed to supporting any decisions you choose during your labor and delivery whether you desire a medicated or unmedicated birth and finds it a tremendous honor to be present during such a monumental period in your life.    

As a postpartum doula, Jen brings an open nurturing mind into your home.  She has worked with families extending across the Sacramento area with singletons, twins, and even a family with triplets!
